Low Season: April to Mid-June (Saturdays and Sundays – variable schedule)
High Season: Mid-June to September (Weekdays and Week-ends or subject to availability)
Low Season: September to March (Saturdays and Sundays – variable schedule)
Spring Break and Holiday Season: special schedule

Departures:
Monday to Friday: 9:15 AM and 1:15 PM
Saturday: 9:15 AM and 1:15 PM
Sundays: variable

Parking & Meeting point

Please park in one of ten parking lot of the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Hotel. Present yourself at the Projet Vertical desk located in the Fairmont Manoir Richelieu, near the elevators on the ground floor.

ATTENTION: PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF YOUR ACTIVITY AT THE PROJET VERTICAL KIOSK LOCATED NEAR THE ELEVATORS ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE HOTEL FAIRMONT LE MANOIR RICHELIEU.

Rules

If you have to modify your booking (change of date or time, no cancellation) because of the weather or any other reason, you must do it 48 hours prior your activity otherwise, your booking will be voided and non refundable.
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your activity begins – no refund in case of late arrival.
Pregnant woman: STRONGLY STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, NEED A TICKET FROM YOUR DOCTOR AND MUST BE APPROVED BY PROJET VERTICAL.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard (upon reservation).
All rates are for one participant only and before taxes.

Complete payment is required upon reservation.
If you have to cancel less than 14 days before your reservation date, 40% of your payment will be kept.
For any cancellation less than 48 hours before your reservation date, the totality of your payment will be kept.
All activities will take place in case of simple snow.
Projet Vertical reserves the right to delay or cancel departures in case of rain, strong winds or a winter storm or for lack of participants.
“Projet Vertical” will forbid departure to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such a case, there will be no reimbursement.

RISK ACCEPTANCE

Each participant must fill in the risk acceptance form before taking part in any Via Ferrata, zip line, rappel or climbing activity. The form will be available on site before departure.
