- How do I book?
You can only book online via our website.
- How do I book using a gift voucher?
Email us at: email@example.com with your contact information, gift voucher number, and the date and time you would like to book. A confirmation will be sent to you be email.
- Can I take a chance and show up at the last minute?
Summer: You can take a chance, provided you arrive 30 minutes before the departure time. However, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that there will be availability if you arrive or call without an advance booking.
Winter: No. For logistical reasons, you must book online via our website.
- How can I pay for my booking on site?
You can pay by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Do you offer group rates?
Yes. However, groups must be composed of 15 people or more.
- What should I wear?
Summer: Running shoes or hiking boots, NO SANDALS, comfortable clothing, pants or shorts, leggings, short- or long-sleeved shirt, sunglasses accepted, backpack with snack and water bottle.
Winter: Warm winter boots, snow pants, winter coat, mittens or gloves, toque (without pompom), sunglasses accepted, backpack with snack and water bottle.
- Will the activity take place regardless of weather conditions?
Summer: The activity will take place even if it rains. However, Projet Vertical reserves the right to delay or cancel departures in the event of heavy rain, strong wind, or storms.
Winter: The activity will take place even if it snows. However, Projet Vertical reserves the right to delay or cancel departures in the event of strong winds or snow storms.
- Will I lose my money if Projet Vertical cancels my departure?
No. We can change your reservation or offer a gift voucher or refund.
